Opening Keynote:

Marcus Soutra:
Chief Operating Officer, Eye to Eye

Marcus Soutra was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD at a young age. Over time, he grew to understand that his learning disability was both a challenge and an attribute–and he chose to devote his life to paving the path for all students to find success in their education.

In college, Marcus quickly became a leader in the Eye to Eye community. After earning a degree in Social Science and Secondary Education from Keene State College, Marcus taught in both middle and high school classrooms.

Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Marcus oversees Eye to Eye’s nationwide programming. He has given lectures at colleges and universities nationwide, and he was the keynote speaker for Purdue University’s Focus Awards, the Maryland Department of Disabilities’ Statewide Summit, and the Wyoming Statewide School Improvement Conference. Marcus works daily to empower different thinkers everywhere.
